For the most effective and comfortable service, as well as a high-quality result from the procedures, we ask you to familiarize yourself with the rules of our studio.
1. Opening hours of the studio: Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to19:00 (Closed on Sunday). Reservation of services is made by appointment on the phone or WhatsApp +919970706337
2. Services are made in 4 categories of specialists. When booking services, you should inform us which category of specialist you would like to receive the service from.
3. When booking, please give us as much detail as possible about all the procedures you would like to receive so that we can calculate the exact time of your services.
4. To avoid misunderstandings, please discuss in advance the approximate duration and cost of services with the Studio receptionist.
5. The day before your appointment, we will confirm it again by phone or message.
If we do not receive confirmation of the appointment from you the day before, then the studio has the right to cancel your appointment.
6. If you feel unwell or have symptoms of a viral illness, please do not make an appointment until you are fully recovered.
7. We recommend that you arrive at the Studio 10 minutes before the appointed time to avoid delays. This will allow you to prepare for the procedure and get a preliminary consultation. We also ask you to treat small adjustments in the schedule with understanding.
8. In case of you being late, the number and duration of procedures may be reduced. A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in the cancellation of the entire procedure.
9. Late cancellation of the procedure, cancellation of the visit less than 3 hours before the appointed time, cancellation without notice or repeated cancellations may serve as grounds for refusal of subsequent booking of services. In such cases, service is possible without an appointment, if there is a free master or 50% prepayment (prepayment is not refundable if the procedure was cancelled for the above reasons).
10. During the service process, we ask you to refrain from using mobile phones and other electronic devices, as this may negatively affect both the device itself and the quality of service.
11. The studio is not responsible for valuables left in the studio, including on workplace during service.

There are no special contraindications for the eyelash extension procedure, except:

Warranty service
The warranty period for eyelash extension is 7 days. If the extended eyelashes began to noticeably fall off (1-3 eyelashes per day is not a problem, this is a natural process of eyelash renewal) during the warranty period, then you need to contact the studio (but no later than 7 days) to establish the cause of the problem. If the reason is a mistake in the work of the master, then we will fix it free of charge. If no technical mistakes are found, the client pays for the procedure of restoring the volume of eyelash extensions according to the price list.
Note:
The correction (refill) of eyelash extensions under warranty is carried out only in the category of the master who initially had the procedure. If you want the procedure to be performed by a master of a higher category, then the additional payment of the difference between the categories is payable in accordance with the price list.

- Within 24 hours after eyelash extensions, avoid contact with water, do not visit the sauna, swimming pool, solarium, and do any procedures associated with high humidity and temperature.
- Do not rub your eyes, try not to sleep “face into the pillow”, this spoils the structure and changes the direction of eyelash growth.
- Avoid getting oily creams and oily products on your eyelashes.
- Do not use mascara on eyelashes (this is not necessary). It is not the application of the mascara itself that harms, but its removal. Washing off mascara from eyelashes injures the adhesion zone of artificial eyelashes, as well as natural eyelashes.
- Wash your face every day! Gently rinse your eyelashes with water or water-based makeup remover.
- Every day, gently comb the eyelashes with a clean brush so that the eyelashes do not tangle and posed in the right direction.
- You can use contact lenses and decorative cosmetics (eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara on the lower eyelashes). It is important that the makeup is not waterproof.
