Contraindications for nail extension/strengthening/covering nails with gel polish. Extension, strengthening, coating of nails with gel polish is not recommended in certain conditions and diseases:
-nail diseases: onychomycosis (fungus);
-skin diseases: periungual wart, various rashes (including allergic ones), scabies, burns, etc.; severe allergic reactions in the past (anaphylactic shock, Quincke's edema, urticaria, etc.),
-allergies to gel or acrylic;
-mechanical damage to the skin (wounds), lack of a nail plate;
-state of alcohol or drug intoxication.

Basic Rules:
1. Before the procedure of nail extension, strengthening or gel polish, should not be used : creams and oils for hands, as well as allowing steaming and excessive moisturizing of hands and nails at least 24 hours before the procedure 
2. During the procedure, you should not be distracted by phone calls, perform any actions with your hands, or touch the nail plate until the master's work is completed. Please follow the instructions of a specialist.
3. During the first 3 hours after the procedure, should be excluded contrasting temperature influence on the nails: cooling (ice, cold water) and heating (baths, saunas, baths, washing hands with hot water), prolonged contact with water, and contact with aggressive chemicals, as well as excluding mechanical effects on the nails.

Care rules and recommendations:
1. After the procedure of nail extension, strengthening or gel polish, excessive loads and physical impacts on the nails should be avoided. Multiple, even minor strokes can lead to damage to nails and artificial coatings. It must be remembered that artificial materials do not make nails heavy-duty.
2. Do not file your nails yourself and do not tear off artificial materials (coatings). Do not try to clean the area under the nail with any objects. This may cause material detachment and personal injury.
3. Avoid chemical effects on nails with various solvents. Perform gloved housework.
4. Carefully use sunblock and other coloring agents (such as turmeric). Artificial coating may change color (yellow) as a result of such influences.
5. Any gel polishes tend to lose their original shine and wear off over time.
To preserve or renew the gloss on the nails, use a protective topcoat.
6. Use acetone-free nail polish removers since acetone can destroy artificial material.
7. Observe your individual infill time (2-3 weeks), otherwise there is a risk of damage not only to the artificial coating, but also to natural nails.
8. Take care of your skin and cuticles with special products (moisturizers and nourishing creams, oils). This will help prevent premature cuticle growth, hangnail formation and keep your manicure perfect for a long time.
9. If your nail is broken along with a natural nail with bruising or severe pain, do not take action on your own. Contact our specialists immediately for help. This problem will be solved with the help of prosthetics technology (nail restoration technology).

Warranty service:
The warranty period for nail extension, modeling and gel polish is 7 days. We will always help you in case of any breakage or delamination of artificial nails / coatings. If this happened during the warranty period, you must contact the studio (but no later than 7 days) to establish the cause of the problem. If the reason is a mistake in the work of the master, then we will fix it for free (verification or expert examination is carried out by the leading specialists of the studio). If no technical mistakes are found, the client pays for the procedure for nail restoration according to the price list.

Note:
Restoration or replacement of nails under warranty is carried out only in the category of the master in which the procedure was originally carried out. If you want the procedure to be performed by a master of a higher category, then the additional payment of the difference between the categories is paid in accordance with the price list.

Remark:
Premature detachment of artificial turf or breakage of nails (after 2-4 days), provided that the service is of high quality, can be observed for the following reasons:
1. Physiological characteristics of the body: pregnancy, medication, impaired immune system or metabolic processes in the body, individual intolerance (rejection of artificial materials);
2. Features of the nail plate: soft, moist, weakened, thin or exfoliated nails.
3. Non-observance by the Client of these rules and recommendations, as well as individual recommendations of the master (for example: creating too long nails, the choice of material or technique, contrary to the advice of a specialist).

Correction and repair of nails, as well as nail removal and other additional procedures are independent and are paid according to the price list.
